It would be my strong preference that we vote against this, as the quality is abysmal, and he campaigned for this, which will just contribute to the already serious level of campaign fatigue that has been preventing authors from getting quality proposals into the queue. I don't think we should reward irresponsibility and laziness, which is what this proposal and his decision to campaign for it constituted. Moreover, I don't think he would have been arrogant enough to pull this if his region, Europe, weren't a member of the World Assembly Legislative League (WALL), and if he didn't think he could count on their vote stacking for it to counter any opposition to it. So I'd just like to smack this down.
I've lodged an initial vote against, but I will alter my vote in accordance with the popular vote, per the usual voting rules.
