The Reference Catalog of the Pacifica Law Index is a resource to provide easily accessible information regarding our laws to residents and citizens, as well as interested foreign guests. The Reference Catalog provides a link to each law or resolution that is in effect, as well as links to its discussion thread, voting thread, and, if applicable, either the thread in which it was signed by the President or the thread in which the President's veto was overridden.
This Reference Catalog does not provide information regarding amendments, which may be found in each law's or resolution's thread if it has been amended. This Reference Catalog also does not provide information regarding repealed laws or resolutions.
This Reference Catalog does not provide information regarding non-legislative votes, such as confirmation votes, state of emergency votes, votes to remove officials from office, etc. Those votes may still be found by consulting our Voting Archive.
Constitutional Laws and Resolutions
Constitutional laws and resolutions include the Constitution of the Republic of Pacifica, its accompanying Constitutional Continuing Resolution, and, if enacted in the future, the Constitutional Charter of Rights. Constitutional laws and resolutions require a three-quarters supermajority vote in order to pass the Regional Congress, and are not subject to presidential veto.

The procedural rules of the Regional Congress are included under this category for convenience, but they are not subject to presidential veto.
