After deciding to waive discussion, the Repeal of the Constitution of the Republic of Pacifica is now at vote. Discussion may be found here.
Section 1. Repeal
(1) The Constitution of the Republic of Pacifica is hereby repealed in its entirety.
Section 2. Continuity
(1) Within one week following enactment of this repeal, the sitting World Assembly Delegate, Cormactopia Prime, will initiate a constitutional convention to discuss and enact a new constitution for Pacifica, to be administered in such manner as he determines appropriate.
(2) The sitting World Assembly Delegate, Cormactopia Prime, may appoint officials to an interim government for the duration of the constitutional convention, and may dismiss such officials.
(3) All treaties and declarations of war enacted under the Constitution of the Republic of Pacifica will remain in effect upon adoption of a new constitution, unless the new constitution explicitly mandates otherwise.
Voting Instructions:
All other forms of votes won't be counted. Please only include the following voting materials.
Voting shall last for 3 days. After which the Repeal voting shall expire.
