My cabinet nominations are as follows: Secretary of the Interior: bowzin Secretary of Security: cataluna Attorney General: bowzin Fleet Admiral: rachael I will not be appointing a SoFA as that will be Hams responsibility as VP alongside myself, although we intend to appoint an individual who will serve as Head Ambassador to co-ordinate the diplomatic corps As SoS cataluna will mainly be responsible for PAWS and helping promote high endorsments and get people to join the WA As SoI bowzin 's job will encompass Culture, RP, Integration and Gameside I also nominate Cormac and cataluna to the guardian council In light of Josh's resignation as Chief Justice, I nominate vamperiall to succeed him |

First, thanks so much for the appointment to the Guardian Council. It's an honor and I look forward to serving in that capacity. I want to immediately notify the Regional Congress that following the Delegate transition, I will likely be using a different nation as my WA nation in Pacifica, though Cormactopia Prime will also remain in the region because of the significant influence it has accumulated. I'll be changing WA nations because I want to get more involved in the WA General Assembly, and I want a more RP-oriented WA nation. This will also be good for security. Since influence doesn't decay in UCRs, it's actually beneficial from a security standpoint to start building influence up on another nation once one nation already has significant influence. So I view eventually having two high influence nations instead of just one as preferable.
I'm happy to answer any questions the Regional Congress has for me. I also have some thoughts regarding the other nominations:
Who's going to be handling posting WA resolutions for voting? Will you be handling that yourself? Will there be anything else going on in terms of WA Affairs?
I'm uncertain regarding the legality of a title for Bowzin that isn't "Secretary" of something. Might I suggest Secretary of Diplomatic Communication, instead of Head Ambassador? Unless you're not intending him to be Secretary-level as Head Ambassador, and aren't asking for him to be confirmed to that particular role? I'm not completely clear on that.
The nominees themselves have my full support to hold office in general -- no issue there. I'm a bit concerned that Bowzin has effectively been given three jobs though. That sounds like a lot for one person to handle, and I worry we're not getting enough people involved. Is there no one else who can head the diplomatic corps?

Bowzin has recently indicated to me he no longer wishes to be both SoI and HA so I am removing him from the HA nomination, instead we will work to find a suitable individual for the position of HA. Also, an oversight on my part was adding him as HA to this list as it is not meant to be secretary level

I have no problems with these nominations. However, I prefer Culture and RP to be its own separate body and what about Communications? Why did you choose to plan to merge them all?
Do you have a nominee for the Head Ambassador?
For the Cabinet nominees, who are your Under Secretary nominees?
Don't you think WA Affqirs should be apart of Security?

As an idea, instead of having Under Secretaries oversee these sections of Interior, how's about we have a position in the Ministry called "Assistant Secretary". Each Assistant Secretaries of the Interior will oversee a sub-department. The sub-departments could be Cultural Affairs (includes Culture and RP; we can also call it Entertainment or simply Culture), Internal Affairs (includes Integration and Gameside; could also be called Home Affairs, Interior (I know that sounds weird to have the same name used), or simply Integration), and World Assembly Affairs (also called WA Affairs or simply World Assembly). We could also add a section for this Internal Affairs sub-department called Recruitment which will oversee Recruitment into the region.

As I have said previously, Head Ambassador is not a Secretary level position and will merely help organise the Ambassador corps, I am currently searching for one now.
Undersecretaries shall be chosen by the relevant secretaries and it seems the Constitution does not require the approval of the Regional Congress for Undersecretaries but if so they will be nominated as and when they are chosen by the relevant secretaries. I do not feel WA Affairs should be part of security as Security merely deals with maintaining high endorsement counts and influence levels throughout Pacifica so as to make us more secure. Recruitment telegrams have been organised by Topid, so when these run out we will integrate recruitment into integration then.
