Hi there. Just asking, do abstentions count when the Speaker is being removed.? If it is, then technically it is 8-8 and I should win.

I'm not Chief or Associative Court Justice however I wanted to give my two cents and a brief.
As Article II. Regional Congress of Pacifica states:
The recall was a vote in the Regional Congress making abstentions thus declaring abstentions null and excluded. But that's just my brief. I however ask the Court for guidance on this issue. I also if the Court pleases can serve as an Associative Justice for this case.
