Mr. Chairman and Esteemed Guardians,

Having filed criminal charges against Kostrorleauny, I now request, in accordance with Article VI, Section 6 of the Constitution of the Republic of Pacifica, authorization to eject and ban Kostrorleauny's nation in Pacifica -- Achikalav -- pending the outcome of his criminal trial.

(6) The Guardian Council may, by absolute majority vote, authorize the President to eject and/or ban any nation in Pacifica that has been charged with a crime, pending the outcome of a criminal trial. Citizenship may not be revoked for relocation under such a circumstance for the duration of the criminal trial. The Guardian Council's approval is not required for summary enforcement of endorsement limits.

This nation had, on multiple occasions, the opportunity to inform officials in the Republic about any alternate identities, including but not limited to, his application, his appointment, and several conversations with President Cormac. This was no accident, I vote aye.

It is unfortunate that the first time the Guardian Council will be invoking the powers granted to us via Article VI, Section 6 will be under such circumstances, where trust and faith was granted to someone we did not have an obligation to take in.

Nevertheless, the situation is what it is. This Republic will not stand by while people seek to do us harm. Unlike our enemies, we do not give an inch to those who choose to break the rules.
