Pursuant to Article V, Section 1 of the Constitution of the Republic of Pacifica, I nominate Josh to serve as Chief Justice of the High Court.

Josh is someone who is well versed in how NationStates gameplay and regional law works. I have every confience that he'll take his responsibility for being the first Chief Justice of the High Court to heart, and will set strong precedent for our judicial system to build upon in the future.
